Our Social Responsibility Policy

Company activities are carried out within the framework of documented Kar Porselen business ethics rules
and procedures. In order to fulfill its social responsibilities, the company complies with regulations and
ethical rules to protect the environment, consumer and public health. Kar Porselen supports and respects
internationally recognized human rights documents and the principles expressed in these documents. It
fights all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery.
Kar Porselen rejects all illegal forms of work, including forced labor, prison employment, apprenticeship
contracts, debt labor, military or slave labor, and all kinds of human trafficking in contractor /
subcontractor companies that it gets services.
The contractors / subcontractors from which Kar Porselen provides services adhere to the minimum age
provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
Kar Porselen prohibits persons under the age of 18 from working in positions that require dangerous work.
The ban on child labor in workplaces complies with the Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law and
other legal regulations and International Labor Organization standards.
Employment contracts concluded with foreign employees working at Kar Porselen are arranged in Turkish
and also in a language that foreign employees can understand. Original documents are not taken from him
during employment and / or when necessary. In no case shall the workers be employed in return for a dept.
The legal rights of foreign workers on work are protected by the company. Kar Porselen does not employ
illegal workers. If the employee leaves the job, the Company cannot prevent or postpone this except for
any security reason. All kinds of information of the employee are protected and kept confidential to the
extent specified by the law.
