Our ethical principles that are fed by our values and always guide us and determine our way of doing business are as follows:

We act in a principled, responsible and realistic manner in all our business relations and processes with honesty and transparency, and act according to the standards expected from us. We adopt this principle of behavior in our relations with our employees and all our stakeholders, we take responsibility for the implementation of this at the executive level, and demonstrate a consistent cooperation.

  • We take care of the confidentiality and protection of data

We attach importance to the confidentiality and protection of the private data of our employees, customers, competitors and all other stakeholders in our activities, business relationships and behaviors. We are committed to protecting all the data entrusted to us.
We protect confidential information about our activities, use this information only for its purposes and share it only with authorized persons / organizations.
Confidential and private data; It includes information that may cause adverse effects on our company in terms of competition, trade secrets, patents, financial and other information not disclosed to the public, information on personnel rights and information within the framework of
“confidentiality agreements” signed with third parties and information defined within the framework of the “Information and System Security
Policy”.

As Kar Porselen employees, we stay away from environments, relationships and behaviors that may directly or indirectly lead to conflicts of interest, and avoid the possibility of conflict or conflict between personal interests and Company interests. We protect the interests of our
