Our Environmental and Occupational Health Policy
As the Kar Porselen family, we aim to protect and continuously improve the environment and human health by applying the Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System requirements in all our activities.
In line with this goal, our basic principles are;
- To comply with the legal legislation and regulations regarding Environment and Occupational Health
and Safety, - To identify risks and opportunities related to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety, to monitor them regularly and to improve them continuously,
- To use energy and natural resources efficiently,
- To reduce waste generation, support recycling and recovery,
- To use raw materials that cause the least harm to the environment and human health by following new technologies,
- To take necessary measures by determining the effects that may cause environmental pollution, to reduce negative environmental effects in all processes from design to the end of the life cycle,
- To achieve the sustainable “Zero Work Accident and Zero Occupational Disease” goal by continuously improving our Occupational Health and Safety culture,
- To continuously raise awareness of all our employees, suppliers, subcontractors and society with communication and training activities on Environment and Occupational Health and Safety.
Our aim is to fulfill our responsibilities to leave a clean environment that we can deliver to the future and to create a healthy and safe working environment.
